Timeline Coach collects the information needed to generate launch-readiness guidance, deliver PDF reports, support coaching follow-up, and maintain an administrative record of completed reports.
This policy is intended to be clear and practical. It should be reviewed by counsel as the product grows or expands into additional jurisdictions.
Information collected
Timeline Coach may collect name, email address, target ZIP code, estimated public launch date, church plant model, readiness ratings, written responses, generated report data, report access method, and technical usage details needed to operate the site.
How information is used
- Generate readiness summaries and full 12-month PDF reports.
- Deliver downloads and archive completed reports.
- Provide coaching follow-up and administrative review.
- Improve the product, troubleshoot errors, and manage paid or group access.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting providers, database and storage providers, payment processors, email or form providers, and other service providers needed to operate Timeline Coach. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and should not be stored directly by Timeline Coach.
Report sharing
Generated reports may be shared by the participant with sending churches, coaches, assessment teams, funders, and ministry partners directly involved in supporting the participant. Reports should not be publicly reposted, resold, or used as templates for competing tools.
Data requests
Users may request correction or deletion of their information by emailing hello@stuffplantersneed.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, payment, security, or administrative purposes.
