These Terms govern use of Timeline Coach, including the questionnaire, readiness guidance, roadmap generation, paid access, and PDF reports. By using the site or downloading a report, you agree to these Terms.
This page is a practical protection measure and should be reviewed by counsel as the product grows.
Ownership
Timeline Coach, including its website, questionnaire, scoring framework, launch-readiness logic, PDF reports, written recommendations, roadmap structure, design, copy, and related materials, is owned by Jason Crandall unless otherwise stated. The Timeline Coach name, product structure, report format, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, contract rights, and other applicable laws.
Limited license
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Timeline Coach for personal, coaching, church-planting, assessment, or organizational planning purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of Timeline Coach materials, methods, code, reports, templates, or intellectual property.
Restrictions
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from Timeline Coach or its reports without prior written permission. Users may not use Timeline Coach materials to build, train, market, or operate a competing product, coaching tool, questionnaire, assessment, roadmap generator, or report-generation service.
Generated reports
Reports generated by Timeline Coach are intended for the participant, coach, sending church, or authorized ministry partners involved in that specific church-planting process. Users may share a generated report with those directly involved in coaching, assessment, sending, funding, or supporting the participant. Reports may not be resold, publicly distributed, posted online, used as templates for competing tools, or stripped of ownership notices.
Access codes and paid access
Access codes, paid licenses, coaching-session unlocks, and group-rate access are for authorized users only. Users may not share, resell, publish, or bypass access codes or paid access controls. Timeline Coach may revoke access if misuse, unauthorized sharing, or circumvention is suspected.
No guarantee of results
Timeline Coach provides planning, coaching, and readiness guidance. It does not guarantee church-planting success, funding outcomes, assessment approval, launch attendance, organizational support, or ministry results. Users remain responsible for decisions made with coaches, sending churches, networks, counsel, and local leadership.
Data and report storage
When users complete the assessment or generate a report, Timeline Coach may collect participant information, email address, target ZIP code, plant model, readiness ratings, written responses, generated report content, and report access method. This information may be stored and used to provide the report, support coaching follow-up, improve the product, and maintain an administrative record.
Enforcement
Timeline Coach reserves the right to suspend access, revoke codes, pursue takedown requests, seek damages, or pursue other remedies if users misuse the website, reports, code, content, brand, or access system.
